Shipping
We only ship within the United States of America. Most products will ship the same day when ordered before 2pm PST Monday thru Friday. While some items may ship on weekends, most will only ship Monday thru Friday.
Most items will ship free with Ground Shipping (FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Shipping options presented at checkout are the only available options for the products in your cart. Some items may not be able to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and protectorates, as most items will ship via ground shipping. Possible options may come at the customer's expense.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

What we ask: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and uninstalled, with all original hardware, instructions, and accessories included. Items showing signs of installation or use cannot be refunded.
Damaged in transit? If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
