Shipping & Returns


We only ship within the United States of America. Most products will ship the same day when ordered before 2pm PST Monday thru Friday. While some items may ship on weekends, most will only ship Monday thru Friday. 

Most items will ship free with Ground Shipping (FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Shipping options presented at checkout are the only available options for the products in your cart. Some items may not be able to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and protectorates, as most items will ship via ground shipping. Possible options may come at the customer's expense.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

At LowPricedAutoParts, our number one concern is your satisfaction. We understand that things come up and a part may not be needed after all and we are here to accommodate those circumstances. And of course, items may be damaged in transit and we certainly want to make sure you get what you want in the condition you expect!

Returns are accepted for any reason within 60 days of purchase. To request a return you can chat with us here, use the contact form, call us at (866) 650-5774, or e-mail us at We will provide you with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) that will be necessary to include with the item so we can attribute any refund to you directly and swiftly. IMPORTANT: All returns must be new in the original packaging and must not have been used, installed or damaged from installation. All hardware, instructions, etc that may have come with the product must also be returned. Any item received that does not meet this criteria can not be refunded.

Should there be a defect upon delivery, caused by the delivery service, poor packaging or otherwise, we will of course cover any necessary return shipping or we will work to exchange/replace the product for you as you request.

In cases of Buyer Remorse (where the item is no longer needed or wanted) you as the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
