The CSF Charge-Air Cooler Manifold for the BMW M3/M4 S58 (G8X) is a high-performance upgrade developed in collaboration with strategic manufacturing partner PWR and Local R&D Partner Studio RSR. Made from the highest grade billet aluminum, each part is CNC machined with precision and TIG welded to form a single piece charge-air-cooler intake manifold.
The ultra high performance liquid-to-air F1 grade core, made by PWR, is pressure tested to 120 psi to withstand extreme boost levels. The manifold features a top feed port injection system with injector bungs machined directly into the intake runners, as well as integrated ports for Nitrous or Methanol Injection for maximum control and tuning.
The included Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer, made from KIYLEX?, insulates the manifold from conductive heat transfer from the cylinder head, reducing manifold temps to lower Intake Air Temps (IATs) and combat heat soak. The CSF #8233 comes in a raw billet aluminum finish, with options for Thermal Black Heat Dispersion (CSF #8233B) and custom colors/finishes.
