Rocker arm kits provide the complete, pre-assembled valvetrain hardware for a cylinder head in a single bolt-on package - typically including the rocker arms, pivot shaft, and pedestals pre-configured to factory geometry. On modern shaft-mounted valvetrains, a single failed rocker can compromise the entire head's valve timing, making complete-assembly replacement during a rebuild or warranty repair faster, more reliable, and less error-prone than rebuilding a worn assembly piece by piece.
