Built on over 40 years of engine rebuilding expertise, each seal is designed around the specific engine family it serves - seal material, lip geometry, and dimensional specifications are matched to the crankshaft snout diameter and timing cover bore of that exact application. Seal material selection matters: Nitrile seals are standard for metal covers, Polyacrylate seals deliver improved high-temperature performance and flexibility for plastic covers, Viton seals handle extreme heat and chemical exposure, and PTFE-lip seals with wear sleeves are engineered for high-mileage applications where crankshaft surface wear is a concern.
