The Enginetech V4509S exhaust valve features a 1.185" head diameter, 0.2340" stem (6mm nominal), and 3.972" overall length with Stellite-faced sodium-filled severe-service construction. Fits 2003-2011 GM/Saab/Saturn 2.0L applications.

Important Notes

  • Sold individually as a single valve. Order the quantity required for your engine configuration (typically one per cylinder per valve position).
  • Chrome-plated stem provides a hard, low-friction wear surface for extended service life.
  • Sodium-filled hollow stem with Stellite-faced seat: the sodium core transfers combustion heat from the valve head to the stem for cooler running temperatures, while the Stellite face resists wear under severe-service exhaust conditions. Handle with care - do not grind, cut, or heat the stem; dispose of damaged valves per hazmat guidance as sodium reacts with water.
  • Always verify head diameter, stem diameter, overall valve length, and groove count against the OE valve being replaced before installation - valve dimensions vary across engine families and a visual match alone is not sufficient.
