Important Notes
- Sold individually as a single valve. Order the quantity required for your engine configuration (typically one per cylinder per valve position).
- Chrome-plated stem provides a hard, low-friction wear surface for extended service life.
- Sodium-filled hollow stem with Stellite-faced seat: the sodium core transfers combustion heat from the valve head to the stem for cooler running temperatures, while the Stellite face resists wear under severe-service exhaust conditions. Handle with care - do not grind, cut, or heat the stem; dispose of damaged valves per hazmat guidance as sodium reacts with water.
- Always verify head diameter, stem diameter, overall valve length, and groove count against the OE valve being replaced before installation - valve dimensions vary across engine families and a visual match alone is not sufficient.
