The Fel-Pro 2948 is a Premium Fluoroelastomer high vacuum rear main seal set that seals the crankshaft where it exits the engine block, sealing the rotating crank journal against oil leaks at the rear main bearing, restoring a clean sealing surface for a reliable, oil-tight seal.

Performance Application: CHP Performance V8, Hemi Funny Car/Dragster; FOP Performance V8, 429 (7.0L), 460 (7.5L).

• Lubricate the seal lip and crankshaft journal lightly before installation; never run the lip dry.
• Verify one-piece versus two-piece rear main seal design against your engine before ordering.
