The Walker Products Vehicle Speed Sensor (part number 240-1025) is a direct-fit replacement for 1990-1993 Dodge and Jeep vehicles with 5.2L, 3.9L, and 5.9L engines. Vehicle Speed Sensors send electrical pulses to the computer, pulses which are generated through a magnet that spin a sensor coil. When the vehicle’s speed increases, the frequency of the pulse also increases.
