The Walker Products Vehicle Speed Sensor (part number 240-1103) is a direct-fit replacement for 1995-1999 Chrysler, Dodge, Eagle, and Mitsubishi vehicles with 2.5L and 2.0L engines. Vehicle Speed Sensors send electrical pulses to the computer, pulses which are generated through a magnet that spin a sensor coil. When the vehicle’s speed increases, the frequency of the pulse also increases.
