The Walker Products Vehicle Speed Sensor (part number 240-1126) is a direct-fit replacement for 1996-2005 Acura and Honda vehicles with 2.3L, 1.8L, and 1.6L engines. Vehicle Speed Sensors send electrical pulses to the computer, pulses which are generated through a magnet that spin a sensor coil. When the vehicle’s speed increases, the frequency of the pulse also increases.
