The Walker Products Vehicle Speed Sensor (part number 240-1299) is a direct-fit replacement for 2007-2008 Acura vehicles with 3.5L engines. Vehicle Speed Sensors send electrical pulses to the computer, pulses which are generated through a magnet that spin a sensor coil. When the vehicle’s speed increases, the frequency of the pulse also increases.
