The Walker Products Vehicle Speed Sensor (part number 240-91006) is a direct-fit replacement for 1993-1998 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Plymouth vehicles with 2.5L, 2.4L, and 3.0L engines. Vehicle Speed Sensors send electrical pulses to the computer, pulses which are generated through a magnet that spin a sensor coil. When the vehicle’s speed increases, the frequency of the pulse also increases.
