The Walker Products Vehicle Speed Sensor (part number 240-1067) is a direct-fit replacement for 2001-2010 Hyundai and Kia vehicles with 3.8L, 3.3L, and 2.7L engines. Vehicle Speed Sensors send electrical pulses to the computer, pulses which are generated through a magnet that spin a sensor coil. When the vehicle’s speed increases, the frequency of the pulse also increases.
