The Walker Products Vehicle Speed Sensor (part number 240-91027) is a direct-fit replacement for 1991-2009 Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC vehicles with 5.7L, 6.0L, and 5.3L engines. Vehicle Speed Sensors send electrical pulses to the computer, pulses which are generated through a magnet that spin a sensor coil. When the vehicle’s speed increases, the frequency of the pulse also increases.
